This support contact form can be used in order to submit a question to the MegaMazes technical support staff.
Please limit text sent to questions only; use other areas of the site for submitting comments, such as the forums or feedback form.
To help limit operating costs, we ask that before requesting assistance from tech support personnel with a question, you review our help articles and FAQ knowledge base.
If it is determined that your question is already answered in a self-help section of the website, the response sent back to you may include the appropriate answer or instructions for your reference.
Do not use this form to send comments or feedback to the MegaMazes webmaster.

An email response will be sent to you on a first-come-first-replied basis, but preferential consideration is granted first for our paid subscribers and secondly to our free members, and last to questions from the general public.
However, ALL questions are answered; it will not be necessary to repost your message.
Even if up to 3 business days has passed, please be patient, we may be experiencing unusually high volumes of technical support requests.
Under normal conditions responses are sent during same day in which the request was made.
For our qualifying paid subscribers, we guarantee a single business day support request turnaround time.
